Michał Magdziak is a qualified Polish advocate. He specialises in white-collar, compliance and regulatory investigations. He handles internal investigations, implementation of compliance systems, conducts training on those subjects (including dawn raids, interrogations, detention and anti-corruption issues) and advises in crisis situations. He also has vast experience in banking and finance and consumer litigation, including mass consumer claims and class actions. He has worked for clients from various sectors, including banking and finance, private equity, energy, oil & gas, real estate and project development, construction and healthcare.
