Tim Heerschop specialises in private and public M&A, private equity, management participation and corporate advisory work. He advises both international and domestic private equity firms and their portfolio companies, financial institutions and corporates on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public offers, joint ventures, restructurings and various other corporate matters. Tim is also experienced in transactions in the energy and renewables sector.
Recent experience includes advising:
- Rivean Capital on an agreement with Blackstone to strengthen the shareholder base of Esdec Solar Group, the global market leader in rooftop solar mounting systems, with a significant strategic investment from funds managed by Blackstone Energy Partners and Blackstone private equity
- InfraVia Capital Partners on its agreement with Waterland Private Equity to acquire a majority stake in Blue Phoenix Group, a leading player in waste recycling infrastructure
- A consortium led by KKR and also consisting of Teslin on the public offer for all of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in Accell Group
- Vattenfall N.V. and Vattenfall Duurzame Energie N.V. in relation to the agreement with BASF on the sale of 49.5% of the offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid
