Jetske Snel focuses on corporate litigation. She advises clients on governance issues, shareholder disputes, post-M&A litigation and director liability claims.
Jetske regularly conducts proceedings before the Dutch courts, including the Enterprise Chamber and the Netherlands Commercial Court. She also advises on complex commercial litigation and has particular experience in the energy sector.
