Raphael Löschner is a Senior Associate in the Investment Funds practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office. He joined the firm in 2025.
He specialises in investment funds and is particularly involved in advising foreign and domestic clients on the regulatory, corporate, and structural aspects of investment vehicles, with a focus on UCITS and regulated AIFs such as Part II UCIs, SIFs, and unregulated vehicles such as RAIFs, all of which across various strategies including master-feeder and fund-of-funds strategies.
