Antoine-David advises multinational clients on various aspects of international and corporate tax law.
He specialises in the taxation of investment funds and advises fund managers in respect of a wide range of tax matters, with a particular focus on the structuring of investment fund platforms in the private equity, real estate and debt sectors, negotiations with investors and carried interest.
He also has a strong interest in transfer pricing and is developing the transfer pricing practice. He proactively helps clients to make their businesses compliant with the transfer pricing rules.

- Advising on the tax aspects of corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
- Documenting intra-group financing and fund management activities in compliance with the Luxembourg domestic regulations and OECD TP guidelines.
