Kengyi Kwek specialises in international arbitration and dispute resolution. Having practised in London and Tokyo, she advises Japanese and international clients on complex cross-border disputes.

She has represented clients across a broad range of industries in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules (including JCAA, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, and VIAC), as well as in UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitrations. Her recent practice focuses on construction disputes, particularly those involving large-scale power and infrastructure projects.

Kengyi also has experience in commercial litigation before the English courts, with an emphasis on insurance disputes. She has advised on policy wordings, coverage issues, and insurance aspects of corporate transactions.
