  • Brookfield on the acquisition of 12.45% minority stakes in the Hornsea 1, Hornsea 2, Walney Extension, and Burbo Bank Extension offshore wind farms from Ørsted / Actis on a joint venture with Fortescue to develop a large green hydrogen project in Oman.
  • OCP Group on a joint venture with Fortescue to establish a green hydrogen platform in Morocco.
  • Brookfield Renewable Partners on the acquisition of UK renewable energy developer Banks Renewables.
  • Actis and Mainstream on the sale of Lekela Power to a joint venture between the Infinity Group and Masdar.
  • Actis on the acquisition of 100% of Uluğ Energy Distribution and Retail Services.
  • Actis on the acquisition, via its portfolio company Rezolv Energy, of a 51% interest in the AdamDel and VisViva wind farms in Romania.
  • Blackstone Real Estate on the merger of The Office Group (TOG) with Fora, a business owned by Brockton Capital.
  • Norsk Hydro ASA on the agreement to sell its rolled aluminium products business to KPS Capital Partners for EUR 1.38 billion.
