Nkem Emeka-Onah is an Associate in Clifford Chance’s Project Development & Finance Group in London. She has also spent time on secondment to Globeleq.
Nkem has advised on a range of cross border project finance and development projects as well as debt finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector in Europe and Africa.
- Advising Sizewell GenCo on the development and financing of the Sizewell C New Nuclear Project in the UK.
- Advising the mandated lead arrangers on an up to US$1.8 billion financing for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in connection with the development of the Kano-Maradi Rail Project.
- Advising the joint global coordinators and mandated lead arrangers on a comprehensive financing transaction for Africell (comprising Africell's debut high yield bond offering of US$300 million senior secured notes and US$30 million revolving credit facility).
