Natasha Sarna is an associate in the London office of Clifford Chance and a member of the firm's Capital Markets practice.

She specialises in U.S. securities law and advises issuers and investment banks on complex international capital markets transactions, including sovereign, corporate and financial institution offerings. Her practice focuses on cross-border debt and equity issuances, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, securities law compliance and disclosure matters.

Natasha holds an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.St. from the University of Oxford and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
