- Helical as the landlord, at a number of high-profile London buildings, including One Bartholomew, Creechurch Place, 25 Charterhouse Square and 55 Bartholomew Close
- Samsung Life, the largest insurance company in South Korea, on its sale of 30 Gresham Street for a price in excess of £400m to the joint venture of two Hong Kong based developers, Wing Tai Properties and Manhattan Garments. The building is the London headquarters of Commerzbank and European headquarters of Investec
- Stanhope Plc on the in-direct purchase of Building 7, Chiswick Park from fund manager Blackstone for approximately £310 million and related joint venture
- The Official Receiver and Special Managers of British Steel Limited on the sale of the business and assets to Jingye Steel and Iron, a privately owned enterprise from Hebei province in China
