  • Acting for a private equity firm in cross-border disputes regarding the collapse of a Greek telecommunications operator. The matter involved various claims in multiple jurisdictions in relation to a refinancing transaction. 
  • Acting for a pharmaceutical company in its appeal before the Competition Appeal Tribunal against the UK CMA's decision that it had abused its dominant position in the supply of phenytoin.
  • Advising a global bank on a high-value dispute involving allegations of market manipulation in the metals markets.
  • Acting for a global bank on a claim brought against it by a company in liquidation for breach of duty to exercise reasonable care and skill, dishonest assistance and fraudulent trading. 
  • Advising a private equity firm in relation to a major multi-jurisdictional shareholder dispute and subsequent contempt proceedings.
  • Advising a multinational corporate client in an abuse of dominance investigation by the European Commission.
  • Advising clients on disputes arising out of SPAs, including breach of warranty claims.
