Gabor is a senior associate in the Private Funds Group. He specialises in fund formation, secondaries and advisory work in the infrastructure, credit, real estate, private equity and fund of funds sectors, and advises on a range of corporate matters relating to fund management businesses.​

Gabor’s experience covers blind pool funds, co-investments, separate accounts, secondary transactions and general partner-led restructurings. Gabor’s experience also includes advising on carried interest, executive co-investment and other upper-tier arrangements.​
