Benjamin specialises in asset management-focused M&A, GP stakes and seed investments, alongside the formation of real estate equity funds across a range of structures, including commingled funds, separate managed accounts, fund-of-one and club arrangements.
He advises institutional investors, asset managers and sponsors on transactions and fundraisings in an active and evolving market, supporting growth across our private capital and real estate platforms. Benjamin is qualified to practise in England and Wales and holds a law degree from the University of Warwick, with additional study in Germany, and a LPC from BPP Law School.
