Ryan-Landry Yohou advises financial institutions on French and EU financial regulation, with a particular focus on matters concerning credit institutions and investment firms.

Ryan has experience advising on prudential regulation, French banking monopoly rules, licensing and regulatory perimeter issues, and the provision of investment and payment services. His experience also includes the regulatory aspects of M&A involving financial institutions, fintech and digital finance matters, sustainable finance regulation and insurance regulation, as well as the cross-border provision of banking and investment services.
