Kelly is a lawyer in our Paris Tech//Digital team since 2020, where she advises major international clients across the tech and digital sectors. She has developed core expertise in data protection, e-commerce, platform regulation, and cybersecurity law.
She regularly assists clients with complex compliance matters under key EU tech regulations - including GDPR, the Digital Services Act, and the Digital Markets Act - and advises on interactions with data protection authorities and the European Commission. Kelly also supports the EU launch of large-scale e-commerce projects, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with logistics providers across multiple EU jurisdictions.
Her experience is further enriched by in-house roles at two leading tech companies in the e-commerce and online social networking sectors, giving her practical insights into the operational and regulatory challenges faced by digital platforms.

- Advising a global cloud provider on the development of it commercial cloud offers and data protection issues related to the hosting and cross-border transfers of health data in light of the 'Schrems II' ruling.
- Advising an insurance company in the handling of a post-cyber crisis concerning its employees’ personal data.
- Advising a global automotive manufacturer on legal issues encountered with its IS/IT services provider in the context of the migration of its IT systems.
