Samuel Rosas is a counsel in our Madrid office.
He specialises in M &A transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate advice. In particular, Samuel advises corporates and funds in domestic and cross-border sales and acquisitions of shares and assets and joint ventures, corporate and group restructuring, and general corporate advice including contract law, corporate law and corporate governance.
He has extensive experience across key sectors, with a particular focus on consumer goods and retail, as well as energy and infrastructure.
- Indra Sistemas on the acquisition of Park Air Systems Limited from Northrop Grumman.
- Angelo Gordon and Westmont Hospitality Group on acquisition of the hotel group Room Mate in several jurisdictions.
- Carrefour Group on the acquisition of supermarkets and convenience stores from El Corte Inglés, and on the acquisition of 172 stores under the Supersol banner.
- GFI (now Inetum) on the acquisition of 100% of the technology company Informática El Corte Inglés from El Corte Inglés.
