He advises domestic and international clients on complex M&A transactions, both for corporates and financial investors, with special focus on the Sport, Entertainment, and Energy sectors.
He is a lecturer in the Master in International Sports Law at ISDE Law & Business School.

- on the legal actions brought by European Super League Company and A22 vs UEFA and other parties based on anticompetitive behaviours.
- Sixth Street on the acquisition of a 25% share of FC Barcelona's LaLiga TV rights for 25 years.
- Norges Bank on the acquisition of a 49% interest in a 1.3 GW portfolio of PV plants and onshore wind farms in Spain from Iberdrola (portfolio valued EUR 1.2 billion).
- ACS on the sale of ACS industrial services business, including developer Cobra, to Vinci, for an estimated value of EUR 5.2 billion.
