Clifford Chance
Zaid Mansour is a Counsel in the Energy & Infrastructure Team and a leading member of the firm’s Clean Hydrogen Task Force (CHT). He specializes in advising on infrastructure and energy projects as well as regulatory matters.
Zaid is concentrating on energy transition matters across the energy landscape, including renewable energy projects (offshore wind, solar, battery storage), renewable fuel projects, gas transition projects and clean H2. A key aspect of his work is the advice with respect to M&A and project financing transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. He has in-depth experience in drafting and negotiating project related contracts (EPC, O&M and offtake arrangements) and represents clients in proceedings with public authorities and legal disputes before courts.
Zaid also has a broad public law practice and advises on public law and regulatory matters with a particular focus on the energy sector.

Er verfügt zudem über umfangreiche Expertise bei der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Projektverträgen (insbesondere EPC, O&M, PPAs, HPAs).
Zaid ist darüber hinaus im Öffentliche Wirtschaftsrecht tätig und berät zu öffentlich-rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragen, auch im Rahmen von behördlichen und gerichtlichen Verfahren.
