Thomas specialises in advising private equity houses, strategic investors, financial institutions and investment banks on corporate law matters and domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures and public takeovers. He is frequently involved in advising on equity capital markets transactions and is a member of our global Tech Group.
