- The Government of Slovenia in an ICSID arbitration brought by Ascent Resources Plc under the ECT and the UK-Slovenia BIT, concerning a gas project
- The Government of Slovenia in an ICSID arbitration brought by Towra SA SPF under the ECT, concerning a lignite project
- The Government of Albania in an SCC arbitration under the ECT against IVICOM Holding GmbH, concerning a power plant project (SCC Case No. 2021/155), secured a 100% win
- A Bosnian State-owned entity in arbitration proceedings under contract law in accordance with UNCITRAL rules regarding a case brought by a Greek private party in connection with the construction of a waste-water treatment facility*
