Jeffrey is an Associate in the Project Finance and Banking team with experience in project finance and debt finance transactions globally.
He has worked in the firm's London and Frankfurt offices and has advised on a range of cross border project finance and development projects as well as debt finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
His experience includes advising:
- AMPYR Solar Europe on a portfolio financing facility for up to 300MWp of Solar PV assets in the UK
- The Finance Parties on the financing of PGE’s stake in the Baltica 2 offshore wind farm developed in JV with Orsted
- Sizewell GenCo on the development and financing of the Sizewell C New Nuclear Project in the UK
