Fahimeh Moradi is an English law qualified Banking and Finance lawyer, advising banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and multinational companies on a broad spectrum of corporate and project financing with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, transportation and telecommunication sectors across the globe, in particular in Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Her experience includes advising:

  • the Mandated Lead Arrangers in respect of the Redstone Concentrated Solar Tower Project in South Africa (Africa Renewable Deal of the Year - IJGlobal Awards 2021)
  • the lenders on the refinancing of the acquisition of a portfolio of certain Portuguese port terminals
  • the mandated lead arrangers in relation to the financing of the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, completion, operation and maintenance of four photovoltaic power plants in Spain
  • the lenders in relation to the financing of a wind farm in Scotland
