Bahar Rahimyar advises on various structured finance transactions, with a particular view on project finance, ECA covered financings, (renewable) energy and real assets. Another main focus of her work are structured corporate loans and debt restructurings.
Bahar acts for a diverse range of domestic and international corporates, private debt funds, institutional investors, banks, multilateral organisations and export credit agencies.

- The banking syndicate on the EUR 500 million financing of GAZPROM Germania GmbH
- The sponsors in relation to the financing of the acquisition of shares of E.ON Mitte AG
- A Japanese financial institution within the restructuring of the Takata Group
