Ann-Kathrin Wieland-Fröhlich is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. She advises and represents clients in domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings.
The focus of her work is in the field of corporate commercial, both on the contract design as well as litigation side. In this area Ann-Kathrin's main focus are national and international construction and engineering disputes. Her work is also focused on antitrust litigation, such as antitrust investigations, enforcement and defence of follow-on claims.
Ann-Kathrin Wieland-Fröhlich ist Mitglied der Praxisgruppe Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Sie berät und vertritt Mandanten in nationalen und internationalen Prozessen vor ordentlichen Gerichten sowie in Schiedsverfahren.
Der Fokus ihrer Arbeit liegt im Bereich Corporate Commercial, sowohl auf der vertragsgestaltenden als auch prozessrechtlichen Seite. In diesem Bereich hat Ann-Kathrin sich auf das Bauanlagenrecht spezialisiert. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Vertretung von Mandanten in Kartellverfahren, insbesondere der Durchführung kartellrechtlicher Untersuchungen sowie der Abwehr von sogenannten follow-on Schadensersatzansprüchen.
