Yuxing Huang is a member of the APAC Private Funds Group.
Yuxing focuses on offshore and onshore fund formation (including private equity funds, hedge funds, QDLP and QFLP) as well as Chinese financial regulation.
Yuxing is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Hong Kong office. He passed the PRC bar exam in 2010 and became a Member of the New York Bar in 2023. Yuxing obtained an LLB degree and an LLM degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He is a native Mandarin Speaker and is fluent in English.
