Sammy Ng's practice focuses on representing Hong Kong listed issuers and listing applicants on a wide range of transactions, including corporate finance, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance matters.

He advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, particularly in the technology, biotechnology and healthcare, financial services and consumer sectors, as well as on follow-on equity offerings, rights issues and share buy-backs.

Sammy also has extensive experience advising Hong Kong listed companies, including issuers with weighted voting rights structures and those dual-listed in the United States, on public and private M&A, as well as on compliance-related matters and corporate governance issues.
