- Advised China Baowu Steel Group on the merger control and FDI filings in numerous jurisdictions for its acquisition of 51% interest of TISCO and acquisition of 51% interest in Magang Group
- Advised Pfizer on the merger between Pfizer Upjohn and Mylan, and on Pfizer's sale of consumer healthcare business to GlaxoSmithKline plc
- Advised Coca-Cola on its joint venture with Mengniu in China, and on its acquisition of Costa Limited
- Advised KIRKBI (the owner of the LEGO brand) on the establishment of a joint venture operating LEGOLAND theme park in Shanghai, and on the privatization of Merlin Entertainments by a consortium formed of KIRKBI, Blackstone and CPPIB
