Clifford Chance

Andre is a Counsel in the Funds and Investment Management Group in Clifford Chance’s Hong Kong office. He regularly advises financial institutions on licensing, compliance, data and general regulatory matters. His practice includes a particular focus on the private banking industry and he regularly advises member banks on a broad range of regulatory issues. Andre also frequently assists the Private Wealth Management Association in respect of new developments in law, drafting member guidelines and responding to industry consultations.
