Rebecca is a Counsel, in our Sydney office, specialising in Real Estate.

Rebecca advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, forward sales, major leasing, due diligence, property and development management and property development.

  • Mirvac on its acquisition and development of Australian Technology Park (now South Eveleigh) at Redfern, including the development and sell down arrangements with AMP and Sunsuper (now ART) and the agreement for lease with Commonwealth Bank for premises in excess of 90,000 square metres.*
  • Mirvac in relation to the redevelopment, leasing and sell down of 80 Ann Street in Brisbane, including negotiating an agreement for lease with anchor tenant Suncorp.*
  • Mirvac in respect of various other development and leasing matters.*
  • Dexus and Frasers Property Australia on the unsolicited proposal to the NSW State government for the development of Central Place Sydney. Central Place Sydney is a joint venture between Frasers Property Australia and Dexus, which when completed will deliver a ~$3 billion mixed-use precinct within Sydney’s new ‘Tech Central’ precinct.*
  • David Jones in respect of the sale and leaseback of its Market Street Sydney store to Scentre and Cbus.*
  • Lendlease on the development and leasing of aspects of Barangaroo.*
  • Lendlease on the completion of its leasehold acquisition and redevelopment of a 12-storey, campus style facility at Darling Square, including leases to anchor tenant, Commonwealth Bank.*
  • Lendlease on the refurbishment of Darling Quarter in Sydney, including arrangements with anchor tenant, Commonwealth Bank.*
  • Lendlease in respect of various other development and leasing matters.*
  • Property NSW in respect of the disposal and redevelopment of the Sirius building at The Rocks, Sydney.*
  • Investa in respect of 400 George Street office tower including leasing matters with anchor tenant, Telstra.*
  • NSW State government with respect to various mixed use redevelopments, social and affordable housing projects and urban renewal projects.*

*Indicates this matter was completed prior to Rebecca joining Clifford Chance in 2024.
