Sebastian Lehmann is a senior associate in the Abu Dhabi office and a member of the Middle East Private Funds Group.

Sebastian has experience on a variety of private funds matters including advising clients on the structuring and establishment of private equity, real estate, venture capital and secondary funds, as well as representing buy-side and sell-side clients on secondary transactions. Sebastian also regularly represents institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds in their investments in private investment funds, including highly bespoke SMAs and co-investment vehicles.
