Damon specialises in the procurement, construction and related aspects of complex energy, infrastructure and real estate projects across the Middle East and beyond.
He advises sponsors, developers, government entities, investors and lenders on the construction, supply chain and operational arrangements for large-scale renewable energy, power, oil and gas, petrochemicals, water, transport and real estate developments. He has particular experience advising on innovative procurement strategies, collaborative contracting structures and the delivery of major IPPs, IWPs and giga-projects. Damon is a member of our Middle East Construction Group and works closely with colleagues across our Real Estate and Projects groups to deliver integrated advice throughout the project lifecycle.

- The sponsors to a bidding consortium on the concession and EPC and FM arrangement in relation to a proposed residential accommodation and industrial facilities PPP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- The sponsors in relation to the expansion and upgrade of an international airport in Turkey
