Clifford Chance advises funds managed by IFM Investors on the agreement to acquire full ownership of Nala Renewables
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised IFM Investors (“IFM”) on an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% equity interest in Nala Renewables (“Nala”) from Trafigura Renewables S.à r.l. on behalf of funds managed by IFM. Upon completion of the transaction, funds managed by IFM will hold 100% ownership of Nala.
