• Litigator of the Year in the Netherlands: Dirk-Jan Duynstee
• Restructuring & Insolvency Impact Case of the Year:
  • Intrum Restructuring: Advising the steering committee of RCF lenders on Intrum's €4.5 billion recapitalisation.
  • Waldorf Production restructuring: Advising Harbour Energy in connection with its UK North Sea acquisition.
