The firm's Global Asset Finance Group has been named 'Overall Winner' Airfinance Journal's Legal Survey.

The survey ranks the most successful firms in the aviation sector based on a judging system for deals completed in a dozen categories.

In addition to 'Overall Winner', Clifford Chance won the survey's 'Legal Transaction of the Year' award for its involvement in the Aercap-GECAS merger. The firm also captured first place in several categories, including: 'Asia-Pacific', 'Europe', 'Middle East', 'Sales' and 'Purchases of aircraft and Operating Leases'. Additionally, the survey recognised Jing Tang, senior associate from our London office, as a 'Rising Star'.
