Clifford Chance ranked first in Refinitiv Project Finance International's annual survey, which looks at the involvement of law firms in cross-border deals with a capital value of more than US$500m in the 12 months to end-September.

In addition to dominating the global rankings having advised on 31 cross-border transactions, Clifford Chance topped the list in EMEA and featured in the top 10 in Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Some of the notable deals that Clifford Chance worked on last year include the US$9.1bn LGV Sud Europe Atlantique Project in France and the US$ 6.7bn WestConnex Sale Project in Australia.
