Clifford Chance

International law firm Clifford Chance has been named Deal Legal Advisor of the Year and Overall Legal Advisor of the Year at the Private Equity Africa (PEA) Awards 2019, held on 9 October 2019 in London.

Clifford Chance has now been recognised as Overall Legal Advisor of The Year for the past eight years running. The win comes after another successful year for the Clifford Chance Africa team advising private equity clients on a wide range of matters across Africa.

The 2019 PEA Awards received a record number of entries and the judges, made up of an independent panel of leading industry professionals, highlighted the high calibre of submissions and nominations. Clifford Chance also sponsored the selected charity, SOS Children's Villages, at the Awards.
