Clifford Chance scored well in IFLR1000's (IFLR) inaugural US edition. In addition to ranking the Firm's Project Finance and M&A practices, the guide recognized 21 US attorneys across our Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate practices, including 20 partner rankings (see below) and "Rising Star" recognition for associate Matt Warner. IFLR listed US-based Project Finance as one of the Firm's biggest strengths and cited the team's work on the Colombia 4G project. On the M&A side, IFLR noted the team's growth with recent lateral hireshighlighted recent matters, including Abengoa's restructuring, National Titanium Dioxide Company's disposition of its global titanium dioxide business and Hearst's acquisition of CAMP Systems.
