Sandy Hall is the head of our International Construction Group.
Sandy specialises in the procurement of complex assets across all major industry sectors, with a particular focus on oil and gas, power (conventional and renewable) and major infrastructure projects.
- Advising the developer of a state of the art CCUS plant on the UK East Coast
- Advising Paracel on the construction of a 1.8mTpa Kraft pulp mill in Paraguay
- Advising the sponsors on the development and financing of a significant iron ore deposit in Africa, including the construction of a 630km railway and port
- Advising the main project sponsor on all the technology and procurement contracts for a three-train LNG liquefaction project in the Russian Federation
- Advising State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic on its revamps of the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery and Azerikimya projects in Baku
- Advising the lenders on the financing and development of the 1.3GW Karapinar solar PV project in Turkey
- Advising the lenders on the financing and development of a 500MW wind farm in Uzbekistan
- Advising the sponsors of a 8 billion cubic meter LNG import, distribution and regasification terminal in Germany
- Advising Lukoil on the procurement and construction arrangements for several downstream and offshore projects in the CIS
- Advising the developer of a 3.2 million sq ft university in Abu Dhabi
