Getting Ready for the New Share Scheme Regime for Listed Issuers in Hong Kong

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has published the consultation conclusions on its proposed amendments to the Listing Rules relating to share schemes of listed issuers. Overhaul amendments to Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules will take effect on 1 January 2023.
