Foreign Direct Investment: An overview of the EU and national case law

This article provides: (i) an overview of the developments in foreign direct investment ("FDI") regimes globally during 2021, (ii) highlights the trends over the year in the EU, key EU Member States and the United Kingdom, and (iii) explains why FDI screening increasingly matters.
