In this Spring Briefing we consider a Court of Appeal judgment that explores whether suspending an employee can amount to a repudiatory breach of contract. We also report on a case that is a useful reminder for firms that are currently or will be subject to the senior managers and certification regime that credibility findings of an employment tribunal are relevant to an individual's assessment of fitness and propriety.
