Revisions to LMA Trading Documents To Go Live 16 December 2015

The Loan Market Association has published revised versions of its Standard Terms and Conditions for Par and Distressed Trade Transactions (Bank Debt/Claims), forms of Trade Confirmations and Participation Agreements, and Secondary Debt Trading Documentation Users Guide. The revised documents are available on the LMA website and will "go live" beginning 16 December 2015.
