The Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment was voted by the Luxembourg Parliament on 16 December 2010 and entered into force on 1 January 2011. It implements the UCITS IV Directive and introduces a number of other changes to the Luxembourg legislation applicable to investment funds.
