Colleagues across our offices in India came together for Pride month events, hosted by Arcus our LGBT+ affinity network and allies. Under the theme, Pride in Motion the exhibition events celebrated inclusion, identity, and self-expression.

Across Delhi and Hyderabad, the events created space to reflect on what it means to build an inclusive workplace where everyone feels, respected, valued, and they belong and can thrive.

A Pride art gallery showcased original work by Anwesh, a visual designer, and creator of The Effeminare, and Kiri, a multi-disciplinary artist exploring culture, empathy, and diversity.

Colleagues also took part in an interactive clay art activity, using creativity to share their perspectives on inclusion, belonging and pride.

Through art, conversation and shared experiences, Pride in Motion reminds us that inclusion is an ongoing commitment. We are proud of the conversations started and the everyday actions that follow.

Our Arcus affinity network events are open to all, creating spaces to bring people together to connect, reflect and engage in meaningful dialogue on LGBT+ inclusion themes. Our focus is on the power of everyday actions, allyship and support for our inclusive communities.
