By accepting the invitation to join this virtual event (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern your attendance this Event. References in these terms and conditions to Clifford Chance shall mean Clifford Chance LLP of 10 Upper Bank Street, London, E14 5JJ, United Kingdom, together with its subsidiary undertakings and entities with which it has a formal association and any of their representatives and agents ("Clifford Chance", with "we", "us" and "our" to be construed accordingly)

1. Limitation of Liability

You assume any and all risk, whatsoever, related to your participation in the Event, and release and discharge Clifford Chance from any liability to the fullest extent allowed by the law.

2. Information and Content

Any information provided by Clifford Chance during the Event is provided with the understanding that Clifford Chance was not engaged to render legal advice and the information during the Event should not be relied upon as legal advice. Accordingly, Clifford Chance is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of the information provided during the Event. 

3. Recording and Photos and Photographs

You agree not to create any audio or video recordings or take photographs of the Event, in its entirety or any portion of the Event presentation or discussion given by Clifford Chance, any of the presenters or other participants during the Event (the “Presentation Recordings”), and you agree not to simultaneously broadcast or live-stream the Presentation Recordings, or post the Presentation Recordings on any website or otherwise publish or distribute the Recordings.

You grant us, our affiliates, and our independent contractors the right to record, film, photograph, and capture your voice and image in any media at the Event (the "Clifford Chance Recordings"). You grant to Clifford Chance and assigs an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to Clifford Chance to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and translate, for any purpose relating to our business, all or any part of the Clifford Chance Recordings. We may edit the Clifford Chance Recordings, use them alone or together with other information, and allow others to use and disseminate them.

4. Privacy

The personal data you provide to us will be used to manage your attendance of the Event, and in any post-Event evaluation activity. For more information on how your personal data is used by Clifford Chance, please see our Privacy Statement.

5. Event technologies used

Clifford Chance uses different technologies to run its virtual events:

• ON24 is a third-party service not owned by Clifford Chance, and you should refer to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for details on how they will process your personal data.
• Microsoft Teams, is a third-party service not owned by Clifford Chance, and you should refer to their services agreement and Privacy statement for details on how they will process your personal data.
