Spencer Baylin specialises in cross-border and domestic M&A, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.

Spencer advises international and domestic private equity houses, financial sponsors and corporates on a wide range of transactions across the M&A lifecycle, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, mergers, joint ventures, strategic investments, IPOs, restructurings and refinancings. He also advises on infrastructure, growth and real estate transactions for private equity houses and financial sponsors.
