Michał Jadwisiak specialises in banking and finance law. His practice is focused on financing and refinancing of ventures of various nature with a particular emphasis on project finance in the renewable energy sector. Michał also has broad experience advising on financial restructuring, including cross-border restructuring. He has advised clients on a number of bond and covered bond issuance programmes (including issues on foreign markets).
