Michael Rueter specialises in EU and UK competition law with over 13 years of experience. He has extensive experience advising international clients on merger control, foreign direct investment, antitrust investigations, procurement law, competition law compliance and regulatory advice. Michael advises clients across a number of sectors including Energy & Infrastructure, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Media and Private Equity.

Before joining Clifford Chance, Michael was the Director of the Transatlantic Policy Network in Brussels.
