Abhik Chakraborty is a member of Clifford Chance's International Arbitration Group.
Abhik advises clients on international disputes across a broad range of sectors and has experience in ICC and ad hoc arbitrations in the energy, natural resources, aviation and construction industries. He has advised on disputes governed by both English and Indian law.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Abhik practised at a leading Indian law firm, where he advised multinational clients on a range of litigation, international arbitration and white-collar investigation matters.
Representing an EMEA entity in two London seated arbitrations involving contracts for the long-term supply of iron ore. Total claims exceed US$ 1.5 billion.
