Andrés Berral specialises in real estate transactions. He has worked on a number of significant transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, portfolios of REOs and the creation of joint ventures for the development of real estate assets.
He is a qualified in both Spain and England and Wales.
- Advised Hellenic Bank on the transfer to Pimco of its servicing platform and in the execution of a service level agreement.
- Advised Cerberus on Project Jaguar, the acquisition and joint venture of a portfolio of approx. 6,000 residential assets from CajaMar.
- Advised DWS in the forward purchase agreement entered into with DosPuntos for the acquisition and development of an office building in Barcelona.
- Advised Cerberus on the acquisition and joint venture of a portfolio of approx. 30,000 residential assets from Banco Santander.
- Advised BBVA on the transfer to Cerberus of 80% of its real estate business in Spain, which include 60,000 real estate assets.
- Advised BentallGreenOak on the EUR 238 million sale to P3 of a total of 11 logistics properties located in Spain (Madrid, Basque Country, Zaragoza and Valencia).
- Advised Ivanhoe Cambridge on the transfer of the Xanadú Shopping Centre and Snow Zone to Intu.
